Shipping

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and do not process on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We use trusted courier partners to ensure your fragrances and diffusers arrive in perfect condition.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note: opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Diffusers must be unopened and in original packaging.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
